All our products are made by order, hence we do not offer returns. All products are thoroughly checked and packed before dispatch.

We will get in touch with you to proceed with the exchange options. Please ensure the product is unused and. You need to contact us within 2 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this time will not be accepted for exchange.
• To assist you effectively, we ask for unaltered video of the product on unboxing process.Kindly that we do not facilitate return or exchange requests, as our products are tailored for you.
Cancellations and Refunds are not accepted since all products are made by order.
All our products are made by order and will have minimum dispatch time of 5 working days from the date of order.In certain case, Dispatch might take more than 5 working days which will be prior informed in description of product, so please check before placing your urgent orders.
• Tamil Nadu: Usually Delivered within 1 - 2 working days after dispatch of product.
• Other States: Delivery may take 3 - 5 working days after dispatch, it depends upon your location.
We ship through ST courier and DTDC.
